Privacy Policy

Booking form. When you send a booking request, we collect your name, your email, and the event details you choose to add (company or venue, phone or WhatsApp number, performance format, event date, location, event type, estimated budget, and your message).

Newsletter. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and a display name we derive from it.

Technical data. With each submission we also record your IP address and country. We use this only for security, spam prevention, and reliable delivery. We run no analytics tools; the only tracking on this site is the optional, consent-based marketing pixels described below.

If, and only if, you accept them in the consent banner, we load the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel. They report to Meta and TikTok which pages you visit and actions you take here (such as opening a track on a streaming platform), together with technical data like your IP address and browser. We use this to measure our promotion and to reach people with similar music taste on those platforms.

When you have accepted, the same key actions are also sent to Meta from our own server (the Meta Conversions API), together with your IP address and browser identifier, so that ad blockers do not distort our measurement. Declining the banner disables this server-side reporting too. We may also remember, in your browser only, which campaign link brought you here (for example a utm code) to attribute those same actions.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Meta and TikTok process this data under their own privacy policies. If you decline or ignore the banner, none of this happens and the site works exactly the same.

We use booking details to read and answer your request. We use your newsletter email to send updates about releases, mixes, and news. The legal basis for both is your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

We never sell your data or use it for automated decisions. Nothing is shared for advertising unless you accept the marketing pixels described above.

Sender (sender.net) handles our email delivery and newsletter list. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and protects the site. Both act as processors under agreements that require GDPR-level protection. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Booking requests are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed from the list.

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Every newsletter email also includes a one-click unsubscribe link. To make a request, email contact@n4udy.com and we will respond within 30 days.

The site runs over HTTPS, is protected by Cloudflare, Inc., and access to form submissions is limited to what is needed to reply to you.

If you believe we mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
